The steel blade that cuts seat belts is concealed by a black clip attached to the key ring. To reveal the blade, pull the resqme??tool till it releases from the clip.
Window Breaker
The window breaker is a spring-loaded spike. Push the tool into the corner of a side window till the glass shatters. It takes 12 pounds of force to release the spike.
